STEEL REINFORCED CONCRETE PILINGS:

For exterior and interior foundation and floor slab support, BRFR's piling systems are designed to achieve maximum elevation recovery and provide long term stabilization. The average piling depth is 8'.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION PILINGS:
BRFR provides drilling services for pilings used in areas where unstable soil is known to exist. This service is often used for new construction and stabilizing add ons to both residential and commercial structures.

MUD-JACKING & PRESSURE GROUTING:
These services are used to fill voids created by soil consolidation and erosion as well as those created by lifting procedures. This process is also used to raise floor slabs throughout the interior of homes and buildings, leveling floors, and realigning interior walls and doors.

COMPACTION GROUTING:
This process is used to fill voids and consolidate soils at various depths below grade. Compaction grouting reduces unpredictable soil consolidation and increases the load carrying capability of the soil.

CONCRETE PUMPING:
These services are often needed in the repair of settling foundations and wood floors. The ability to pump concrete into hard to reach places is often the key to successful shoring of wood floors and the lateral reinforcement of existing foundations.

STRUCTURAL LEAK SEALING:
Leakage of water can be minimized or in some cases completely sealed using pressure-grouting methods.

RESIN INJECTION:
Repairing cracks in reinforced concrete and similar materials by resin injection has economical advantages over the alternative method of cutting out the defective part and replacing it.
Resin injection penetrates cracks of less than 1.0 mm upwards and reduces the risk of further damage through the ingress of moisture and other causes . Its application requires a specialist technique involving the use of various resin-based materials . For fine cracks down to 0.2 mm low viscosity resins are recommended whilst for larger fissures we use thixotropic resins. For cracks in brickwork and masonry grouts may be used.

PIER AND BEAM HOUSE LEVELING:
BRFR provides a full line of pier and beam repair services for both residential and commercial structures. These services include the addition and replacement of wood floor joists, stringers, sills, and various wood support members that have allowed floors and walls to settle. This often includes the replacement of rotten and termite damaged wood.

MASONRY REPAIR:
Replacing broken brick and tuck pointing cracked joints are common masonry repairs required to make a foundation repair job complete. The replacement of broken brick is not recommended in every instance. Tuck pointing and mortar patching generally accomplish the desired appearance.
